If you wish to be billed, a $15 billing charge will be assessed on each training session. Forms may also be faxed to 952-918-8088 followed by a check via U.S. mail. Your payment in full will guarantee your seat. Class sizes are limited and may sell out.

Cancellations made within two business days of event and no-shows will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel any class. A minimum number of participants are required for each class.
