Operations Manager

We currently have a full-time position open at our Bloomington office for an Operations Manager.

The overall responsibility for this position is to oversee the proper management of our facilities, the Enterprise Planning System (ERP), Information Technology functions, and our warehouse personnel and inventory. Qualified candidates will have previous supervisory experience and distributions experience. Please include in your application your resume and cover letter including your salary requirements.

Job requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

Inside Salesperson - Counter Sales

We currently have a full-time position open at our Bloomington office for an Inside Salesperson - Counter Sales

The primary responsibility for this position is to assist customers with parts & supplies purchases in the store showroom or by phone. Qualified candidates will also have previous experience in assuring exceptional customer service.

Job requirements include:

• Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training in the HVAC/R industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
• Must be able to prioritize work efficiently and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or in diagram form
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
