Thank you for your interest in opening an account with Minnesota Air. As a distributor of Carrier, Tempstar, Payne and other leading brands of HVAC equipment and supplies, we aim to provide you with a level of service that is unparalleled.

If your account is approved, you will also receive a select level of pricing available only to customers with an open account. We would like to take this opportunity to briefly set forth our terms and conditions for maintaining an open account with our company.

• The minimum purchase required for an open account is $200 per month or $2000 per calendar year. This account may be inactivated with out notice if the minimum purchase requirements are not met.
• Minnesota Air’s terms for repayment are 1% 10th PROX NET 30th.
• Payments received after the 10th of the month are not discountable
• A 1.5% (18% APR) service charge will be added to all accounts which are 60 or more days past due
• Any account which becomes past due will be placed on a credit hold. Consistently delinquent accounts are subject to the possibility of loss of open credit with Minnesota Air, Inc. In the event that an account becomes delinquent, the customer shall pay all reasonable fees associated with the collection.

Statement of Policy: Credit privileges are offered to those credit-worthy customers as a convenience to them in paying for their purchases on a monthly basis. Credit privileges at Minnesota Air, Inc. are not intended to provide customer financing for longer periods.
